Really have no idea what to do. I tried a bit of working out just now but somehow it hurts the left side of the area near/below my stomach. (no idea what is it called) :(<br /><br />I really really really want to lose weight. It is definitely one of my greatest wish for the time being. I want to be able to wear nice clothes like the girls out there. Without having to worry about my ugly fats being exposed!!<br /><br />I am going to try real hard. REAL hard. No more over-eating of food even during CNY!<br /><br />Oh dear some renovation work is going on upstairs. Hello, it's a public holiday leh! Had a very filling lunch at some chinese restaurant near to our Church. Ate a lot of things today! In fact, for the past few weeks in December, I started eating a lot T-T But, I will start working out tomorrow! Thumbs up for working out and controlling of diet ^-^<br /><br />Thank you for all the lovely gifts people.
